11+ Entry
The admissions process for 11+ entry involves an online entrance assessment (covering Maths, English and Reasoning) taken in Year 6 applicants will also have an interview with a member of the leadership team. We also request a reference from the current school.
Scholarships available are Academic, Art, Dance, Design Technology, Drama, Music, Textiles and Sport. All applicants are automatically considered for an academic scholarship.
The deadline for registrations (incl applications for scholarships & bursaries & submission of any SEN reports required to award access arrangements for the entrance assessment) is Thursday 12th November. For more details of the process including key dates please see the Admissions Timeline below.
Please note that an offer for 11+ entry will not be deferred to 13+ entry. All students wishing to apply for 13+ entry must take the entrance assessment in their Year 7 with the rest of the cohort.
13+ Entry
The admissions process for 13+ entry involves an online entrance assessment (covering Maths, English and Reasoning) taken in Year 7 applicants will also have an interview with a member of the leadership team. We also request a reference from the current school.

Sixth Form
Those applying for Sixth Form are invited for an interview with our Head of Sixth Form and offers are made on the basis of these plus predicted GCSE grades – the minimum requirement is at least 30 points from the top 5 GCSE grades. There is no deadline for registrations but offers are made on a rolling basis and some subjects may become full so early registration is advised.

Scholarships are awarded for Academic excellence, and also excellent in Sport, Music, Drama, Art, Design & Technology. It is also possible to apply for a means tested bursary (financial assistance).
