Festive Paull’s House Christmas Concert
December 12, 2016
Paull’s House hosted their annual Christmas Concert on Friday 9th December. Parents, staff, students and friends attended the evening which was a wonderful display of the musical and dramatic talent amongst the girls in Paull’s.
Jolie Sharpe and Charlotte Yeabsley acted as comperes for the evening. Around 20 girls gave entertaining performances ranging from dramatic monologues, poetry readings and many excellent instrumental and vocal pieces. One of the highlights of the evening was the moving rendition of ‘True Colours’ performed by the Paull’s Choir. This choir includes many new members who joined in Year 9 and 12.
The audience joined in the fun, singing along in several Christmas carols. The Headmaster also joined in to sing a special part in ‘The Twelve Days of Christmas’. An enjoyable and festive time was had by all and we look forward to the next Paull’s Concert in the spring!

Informal Concert
The music department presented an informal concert offering a lot of the juniors a chance to perform for the first time this year, with a few older students also performing to provide inspiration. It was wonderful to see a lot of upcoming talent to watch out for in the future.
