Bill Kennedy died peacefully in hospital on Sunday 6th December, at the age of 97. Bill was Housemaster of McGill's 1946 to 1959 and a member of the Common Room from 1934 to 1959.

A number of OAs, including several for whom Bill had been Housemaster to, attended his cremation service at Taunton Deane Crematorium on Wednesday 16th December which was followed by a reception.

There will be a memorial service at the School on Saturday 8th May at 2.00pm, which will be followed by a reception in the Dining Hall.
