At the end of January, staff and students spent time together doing something which required enthusiasm, team work, togetherness and generosity.  On a 14.2 mile walk organised by Rev Dan Bond to raise money for Ripple Africa, the group supported and encouraged one another as they journeyed along the famous Eros to Eros route from Piccadilly to Aldenham.

Five and a half hours later and they were back at School, tired, sore, but satisfied and congratulatory for what they had achieved together. The £5,000 raised will go towards this summer's trip to Malawi, when a new team will spend time working for the charity.  It was more than an exercise in fund raising though, more about being a team, about conversation and fun. It was a wonderful opportunity for everyone to get to know each other and for bonding.
