A group of 13 Cadets and 2 Officers were fortunate enough to spend 3 nights on board the HMS Albion, the Royal Navy's Amphibious Forces Flagship, sailing from Liverpool to the ship's home port at Plymouth. This is the 4^th time that we have taken cadets onboard HMS Albion and it is always a very popular exercise. Being on a warship at sea is a great experience and the ship's company and the Royal Marines on board are always very welcoming. The cadets were even added to the bridge watch keeper rota and had a chance to take the helm and steer the ship. Other highlights were a live gunnery exercise with the destroyer HMS Manchester and a low level fly past from a RN search and rescue helicopter.
